Writing

I am in the process of writing my first romantic suspense novel.  This is a true labor of love.

 

Gardening

Spring through fall you will find me in my garden, puttering around. Each year I plant lots of annuals and cultivate my perennial and vegetable gardens. This year I plan to work on my backyard perimeter, replacing some trees, creating a planting bed, and keeping the rabbits away.

 

Reading

I devour novels in the evenings, especially in winter. You can usually find me curled up on my recliner with my feet up and the fireplace warming my toes.

 

Crafts

I've worked on crafts for most of my life. When I was young, I loved to draw, knit, and crochet. As the years flew by, I spent lots of hours engaged in ceramics, needlepoint and cross-stitch. With limited spare time these days, I find myself to working on a cross-stitch of zebras which I've been working on the for past three years.
